The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to Haram transport, and the staff was generally cooperative. Rooms were spacious enough for families, and daily housekeeping was appreciated. Overall, it served its purpose well for an Umrah stay.

The distance from Haram requires reliance on shuttle transport, which can be crowded at peak prayer times. Some facilities feel a bit dated and could benefit from better maintenance. Check-in and check-out could also be smoother.

The staff were really friendly and helpful - Mr Talal from security is one of the reasons - I’d book there again - along with the bus driver in the morning shift - it was a goid experience- and I would definitely book there again- though it is a bit far from the Haram Masjid

The shower booth needs cleaning

I had a wonderful experience at Rizq Palace Hotel my 6 days stay in Mekkah KSAThe rooms are very good designed And is we'll equiped with all the neccessary amenities, facilities, items, etc.There is quick response and fast service for any thing requested to the Reception like water/Tea which is complimentary, maintenance required, cleaning/housekeeping services, etcLoved the area the locality surrounding restaurants, groceries near by, shopping centers, wished this hotel could be very near to Haram but anyways it's just 2.5kms away and has 24/7 shuttle service Highly recommend to others and wish you guys good luck Rizq Palace Hotel

Honestly speaking I had Only one thing about the Washroom Shower area, water in the shower was either very hot couldn't control or normal cold when twisted to the side of hot water I guess the mixer of 1202 needs to be changed. We had called maintenance and they checked immediately n did the necessary We didn't have much time to check but I guess the Shower mixer for hot n cold needs to be changed but no worries we managed

It’s a nice hotel need little refurbishment in the bathroom staff are very good always help when we need.location was good straight Road to haram walking about 35 minutes also good restaurants are nearby the hotel

Hotel location on the main road to haram (ibrahim khalil): you won't get lost.Price fair enough for last minute booking in the holy month of ramadan. Towels and bedddings are clean.Got confirtable enough as a couple with a child.

Hotel Facilities are definetly not rated for 4 stars, hot water missing, shower sink is plugged, No microwave in the hotel, and in our last day water cut off. Hope these get fixed soon. Location is far (40min walk to haram), better to plan your whole day in haram to maximise hassanat ?

Around 15 mnts walk to Haram. Shuttle service also available.

The hotel is good, the staff is also good, they listen to you, it is clean and proper, then if you have any problem, call them at the same time and they will attend to you. Overall, if I say it is great, the location is a little bit different, you only need 20 minutes to reach the Haram. The rest of the transport they have is also good.

As its far from haram ,according to me they should lower their price ,the washroom should be more clean,they should change their washroom equipment like toilet tissue holder,washroom cleaning brush ,everything was too old and dirty .

They didn’t maintain the 4 star facilities, They can’t provide any Housekeeping Services, There was a leak in toilet, no toilet paper supply , reception people was not cooperative

Staff are very good, specifically Mannan, who work on the 2nd floor. Service are available 24h

It's the shuttle bus to Haram. It's quite difficult because it takes time and sometimes it's doesn't follow the bus schedule.

I like everything, free Bus service is great to reach holy Kaba, one thing I will say dont return by bus, if you can then use taxi to return to hotel coz the return bus was never on time and you will get frustrated. Either walk or use taxi. Apart from that the hotel is amazing value for money. I also liked the hotel mosque on the groud floor where you can pray in Jamat every time if in case you not feel well to go Herem. The hotel is very clean and they do room service everyday, The room service guy name Adul Mannan was good. In the reception Abdr Rahman and his boss was excellent and helpful. I stayed there for a week and everyday was very pleasing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in budget and dont mind the little distance from herem considering they provide you the free bus service. Over all 10 on 10 for me.

Return from Herem to Hotel by hotel bus, this is not clear where the return bus will pick you up, So basically you need to come back to same spot where the bus dropped you under the tunnel parking of clock tower and there you can ride any bus from any hotel as they are just going to pick you up and drop you in another Bus stop which is a very wide Bus park area, there you need to ride Rizk palace bus but we had always problems to find the return bus as they are not on time or its hard to match timing, Hence when to return hotel my advise is use taxi or walk back in hotel. The Arab people dont speak English so if you dont know Arbic it will be very hard for you find the Rizk palace bus. For return to hotel better option is taxi as its not so close but if you want to go herem its best to use free hotel bus which will drop you just under the clock tower tunnel and you will be there in time every time if you follow bus timing calendar.

Rooms are clean and functional. Good comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Value for money.

Location slightly far away from Haram but bus service is provided at periodic intervals. Suggestion to have atleast microwave oven for heating food as there is no kitchen facility.

Horrible experience would not recomend

24 hours buses taxis sounds horn could not sleep at all. Room was very dirty hairs and dirt every corner of the room. Bathroom was extra dirty. Washbasin taps not working properly very very slow water. Fridge was very dirty. All together i can say uncleaned and dirty. I would not recomend to anybody with the price which i paid. We can get more flexible and comfortable stay with other hotel. Even for the bus to haram we have to change 2 buses. This time very bad experience with the hotel

The general manager & Housekeeping manager are friendly and accommodating

booking said that is 4 stars hotel, it's just 1 star need to upgrade ( interior & furniture & bathroom accessories
